Projects must be very strong and the Borrower must have a long history in the field of the request.  No
start-ups.  High Occupancy rates and Strong Rents Rolls in Strong Markets only, as well as career
experience in the location of the loan request.

Significant Skin-in-the-Game is a requirement.  This will be validated. This must be a professional,
electronic package.
