- ENERGY PROJECTS:  Oil & Gas Related, Alternative Energy, Algae, Hydrogen, Bio-Mass, Ethanol (non-
                                 soy/corn), Bio-Diesel, Wind, Methanol. - UP TO 95% LTC, can be skin-in-the-game

- FAMILY-FRIENDLY FILMS:  - UP TO 100% LTV, Can be Faith-based; no slasher movies.  Feature length films,   
                                 not TV, nor DVD.  Some skin-in-the-game is always good.

- HUMANITARIAN PROJECTS:  Humanitarian, Socially-Redeemable, mostly outside the US, Schools,
                                 Hospitals, Economic Stimulus, Job Creation - UP TO 100% LTC, some skin-in-the-game is
                                 always good.

- GRANTS:  Humanitarian, Socially-Redeemable projects Outside the US, like hospitals and schools.  50mm     
                                 USD minimum.

Several projects can be wrapped into one project as long as the management is the same.   Development &
Production projects with a STRONG MANAGEMENT TEAM and COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE.

ACQUISITIONS Program

A long-established Trust Fund that represents Investors world-wide, together with our funders, is now acquiring
major prime-located real estate and businesses which will generally be held as long term investments and/or
developed where appropriate. USA, Canada, The Caribbean, Central America, South America, Europe, Asia,
Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.  The asking price should be a minimum of US $10 million. Subject to the
Seller complying with our Surety Instrument policy details of which will be supplied upon request, the Trust Fund
and our funders will not object to paying the price being asked by the Seller. There is no upper limit.
